Den-Con Tool Co. offers a wide range of manual elevators for handling tubing, drill pipe, drill collar and casing. Safety locks and latches are included in the design features of the Den-Con Elevator. All elevators are pull-tested prior to shipment to insure that the elevators meet or exceed industry standards.

SMX series (8 frames) replaces SLX, SSD and SX type elevators (15 frames) The X-series elevators handle all sizes of collar-type tubing, drill pipe and casing. The SMX has a patented latch & lock arrangement mounted on the elevator door. The handle protects the latch from accidental opening. Both latched operate from a single handle.

CLS-Center Latch Collar Type, 90° Shoulder

• Diversified offers a wide range of Manual Elevators such as Side Door Elevators, Single Joint Elevators, Slip Type Elevators, Safety Clamps and Rotary Slips for 2-3/8” diameter tubing to 30” diameter casing. Side Door Elevators: Used for handling collar type casing, all of our Side Door Elevators are equipment with a safety latch lock.
• The SLX elevators are designed for square shoulder tubing and casing size 2-3/8' to 36' with load rating from 100 to 750 ton. The shielded safety latch protects the latch from accidentally opening. To open, simply pull the safety pin, pull the latch lock handle out, and swing the elevator halves apart.
• Pneumatic Casing Elevator and Spider. Pneumatic Casing Elevator / Spider is applicable for casing of 114340mm（41/2133/8 in). It features labor saving, safety and pneumatic operation, and it is a kind of ideal tool for casing operation. It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A. The Den-Con Plate Type Single Joint Elevators are designed for use with bottleneck pipe connections. Plates are easily removed and replaced as pipe sizes change. Rated capacity is 5 tons and pipe size range is 6 5/8” - 2 3/8”. Assembly and guide part numbers are detailed in the table below.

CL Elevator with Wear Guides

Den-Con CL bottleneck elevators are available with wear guides. Wear guides are available for 350 Ton, 250 Ton and 150 Ton Elevators and for pipe sizes detailed in the table below. The guides are designed to be an expendable wear surface that prevents the pipe from wearing the elevator bore during rotation.
